Section 15
Team workspaces
A workspace is a shared container for work: the people in it, and what they are allowed to do.
A workspace is a shared container for work: the people in it, and what they are allowed to do.
Open Workspace from the user menu.
- Create a workspace and invite people by email. Invites are single-use, expire in 14 days, and can only
be accepted by the address they were sent to.
- Roles — owner, admin, member. Owners and admins can invite and remove; members work.
- Seats — the seat count includes the owner. Your plan sets how many seats and how many workspaces you
can own (see §18); the Agency plan adds client workspaces, and extra workspaces can be bought as an add-on.
- Pause a seat — a member you pause keeps their access to what they can read but cannot spend the
workspace's allowance. Useful for a contractor between engagements.
Reports set to Workspace only visibility are readable by every member of that workspace, which is the simplest way to circulate an internal brief.
