Shareable reports

Any workflow run, audit, or extraction can become a report — a clean, presentable page at its own link

Any workflow run, audit, or extraction can become a report — a clean, presentable page at its own link that you can send to a colleague, a client, or a prospect without giving them an account.

Click Share on any result.

Who can see it

You choose, per report, and you can change it later:

VisibilityWho gets inIndexed by search engines?
PrivateOnly you. No link exists yet.
Anyone with the linkWhoever you send it to. Unlisted. No
Workspace onlyAny member of that workspace. No
Specific peopleOnly the email addresses you list.No
PublicAnyone. Listed, and eligible for the public gallery.Yes

Only Public is indexable. Every other level ships a noindex instruction, so a link you meant for one client does not turn up in a search result.

Revoking

Revoke permanently burns a link. It cannot be un-revoked, and the slug is never reissued — which is the point: an link you have revoked is one you needed to stop working, immediately and for good. If you want the report back, publish it again and you get a fresh link.

Reports can also carry an expiry date, after which they close themselves.

Branding

Reports carry DatIQ attribution by default. On Business and Agency plans your Brand Kit — your company name, logo, accent colour, and footer — replaces it, so a report you send a client looks like yours. Set it up under Account → Brand Kit; it applies to reports, PDF exports and emailed deliverables alike.
