Exports & sharing

DatIQ exports your data in the format that fits your workflow.

DatIQ exports your data in the format that fits your workflow. Exports are available from Preview (Download ▾), the Dashboard (Export ▾), and Batch results (Export ▾).

FormatBest for
CSVSpreadsheets and importing into other tools.
PDFA polished, shareable report.
MarkdownPasting into docs, wikis, or notes.
JSONStructured data for further processing.
EmailSend selected extractions straight from the Dashboard.
Copy to clipboardPaste Markdown / JSON / CSV straight into a doc or chat. Available from the same Export menu.

Some formats are available on higher plans — the export menu shows which.

Push to your tools (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Zapier)

For the destinations you use every day, DatIQ offers one-click Push from Preview, Dashboard, and Batch results. Each one is set up once in Account → Integrations; after that, pushing an extraction is a single click and the destination receives the structured data directly — no copy-pasting, no CSV re-uploads.

DestinationWhat you pushWhere to set it up
HubSpotContacts and companies from an extraction, mapped to the right HubSpot properties/account#integrations
AirtableEach extraction row into the table you choose, with a per-table field map/account#integrations
NotionEach extraction into a Notion database, with a title column and property mapping/account#integrations
SlackNew extractions and change alerts into the channel you choose, formatted as a readable message/account#integrations
ZapierNew extractions as a trigger event for any of 5,000+ apps/account#integrations
Google SheetsA new sheet from any extraction (no auth required)The Export ▾ menu on any row

A connected destination stays connected. You can Test the connection from the Account screen, Edit its label or details, or Disconnect it. Tokens are stored server-side and never re-displayed; replacing a token is a one-time flow that re-fetches schema where applicable (Airtable / Notion).

Sharing a single extraction

From any extraction on the Dashboard or Preview, click Share to get a public link. The link opens a read-only report at datiq.app/p/<short-code> that anyone can view — no sign-in needed. Public reports can be unshared at any time. Recent public extractions also surface on the /gallery page.
